I believe the jacket in your photo is a MENS jacket. I have a womens version of that which has elastic sewn in to the waist. (see pic) I don't see it on yours. I have a 79 sales brochure on the way to me, it should be arriving any day, I wonder if it is in there. The mitts in my photo are darn close...
