There's not much to the trailers. Lenses and wheel bearings can still be found, and the wiring is very basic. I think that's a decent price for the trailer.

It's disappointing to the 2nd highest bidder (now the highest bidder), because before the bid retraction, many people could see how high his maximum bid is, so it will be easier to snipe it at the end of the auction.

"Keep it local" thinking would sure limit the market and price for the seller. If that happened, there would be a lot fewer vintage sleds in Canada, including a couple nice 84 Liquifires. I've seen a lot more sleds and parts going north than I've seen coming south. Just sayin......
