Massey Harris 101 senior project

Along side my vintage sled addiction I have a collection of antique tractors starting. I bought the first one at age 12, a 1942 John Deere B and since then have purchased a 1951 Massey Harris 44 standard, a 1939 Oliver 70, a 1948 Massey Harris 44-6. The most recent purchase came out of Argyle, WI which for me is about 4 hours south of home. It is a 1943 Massey Harris 101 Senior standard which I picked up this spring. I had been looking for one of these for a few years now. I am nearly done with the mechanical restoration. This included extensive engine work which consisted of crank turn, new mains and rods, bore job, pistons, valve job, head cut, and the whole nine. Finally fired the motor this week and the continental f226 flathead 6 runs smooth. I have to iron out the leaky water pump leak yet and its done. The next one waiting outside the shop is a 1948 Massey Harris 44 that I plan to make a puller out of. This is what keeps me sane(and broke I guess) in the warmer months. My next hobby is going to have to be shed building as I am nearing the end of my storage. Tractors are too big.
