I hate when people strip screws get them out and put the same striped screw and put it back in my points will not come out
Anyone have any Ides on how to get it out

Try using a nut driver. This has worked for me in the past.

Vice grips work good too.

A hand impact driver is a good investment.
Cost about $20-25.
Comes with a selection of bits and adapters.
You strike the head with a hammer and the damaged fastener starts to turn out.
