AAEN Pipes
This maybe a longshot but a guy has a set from his yami Srx hes selling cheap and I wondered if they might work on the deere. AAEN pn. Seems to be almost the same if you break it down. Just as wondering if anyone knew. Thanks.

My friend says porting the kawi motor you basically match the srx porting. so i suppose if the porting is matched i guess then you just have to see if they fit under the hood right. or just buy them and resell and buy the correct ones.

Yea that's what I'm thinking. I wonder if they fit in the belly. If they do then it could be a cheaper option then trying to source the deere ones.

Bob...
Youre going to get better performance out of the stock exhaust.
If you put pipes on your sled that will introduce several new variables that you will have to worry about...new jetting, timing, porting...etc

I posted a while back with aaens info for using his pipes. porting 38mm carbs with kn air cleaners and invader heads. this will gain around 20-25 more horse power. my sled will be at ride with the champs i hope. and i am hoping to help others with the right trail porting after i get my friend over to help me with mine.

Price to refabricate pipes to fit chassisa guy has a set from his yami Srx he is selling cheap
Price for porting so pipes can run at proper rpm
Price fo head mod.
Price for carburetor changes and or mods
Price for 6 pack of pistons …when said carburetor mods are off
Price for dyno time to :
A. find out if you REALLY are seeing any power increase
B. verify rpm engine makes most power
C. verify tach is correct
D. modify pipe length and port height to get a power band you can clutch too.
Price for complete set of weights for primary clutch to get to said power band.
Price for multiple helix to get power to the ground
Price for chain case gears to get power to the ground
Price for cutting the fuse in half on the engine, since you have to spin it 2 to 4 thousand more RPM.
But the best is when you have to admit defeat with the said combinations and have to start all over again!……..because your making less horsepower then when you started!
Sounds cheap to me!
