I posted this in the "resorations & projects" section if anyone was tracking its progress....

Here is what I did:
-seperated the tunnel and bulkhead and had the bulkhead blasted and painted. Same with the skis. Used a dip process. So they have a VERY durable finish.
-new wear bars
-Suspension was rebuilt with grease zerks added. The shock is like new along with hyfax
-exhaust was blasted and painted with hi-temp paint
-jackshaft and drive shaft bearing replaced with new
-carbs cleaned/rebuilt with new needles and seats
-the engine was rebuilt with new gaskets, seals, and center o-rings (120psi both sides)
-clutches both rebuilt and new NOS purple spring in the primary (ill include a set of new shoes for the secondary) The ones on the sled still have some life left.
-new temp gauge
-nice hood, seat, and windshield
-decent track with no dry rot
