well, I went for my first ride in a year on Wednesday night. I'm having trouble getting fuel to flow consistant, but it might be my carb tuning. I'm going to putz around with this as much as I can this year, then tear the engine out hopefully for a rebuild.

Saturday was a very pleasant surprise. Two friends rode their vintage sleds to my house and they played around with my carb some. Its still burning stupid rich, but I got two hours of riding in and finally have the steering figured out. I'm sure the steering will get better with a full tank of gas. The plan now is to just put a new mikuni kit on it.
