Kind of unfair without models. Bet the 76 will win because of the Dators.

80 was the best. all the good sleds came out then. and the sleds that were already out trailfire and spitfire got made better.

I say 75. Why? It was the first year that had a forward mount eng (340/s) I like the tuner pipes on the 800 and JDX8 2 sled I also like. I wouold al;most say 76 for the Dator BUT I like the 295/s too. So i avg them and get 75! I am anxious to get my 340/s going as I hear its the best driving Deere out there. Although every yr Deere made sleds was the best. Right?

It's hard to pick a favorite year, but since I have the entire 78 line up in my barn, I had to vote for that. I totally agree with Mike on the 78 CC, what a nice ballanced sled. No friggin cleats, and a reasonably long travel suspension too.
I like so many of the other year Deere sleds, too, it's like picking your favorite beer, ice cream or super model, LOL!
Later Liquidator,

Trying to find the pictures of the Playboy models that did a photo shoot in the black "Wet Look" suits, had them somwhere after they were apartment art....great suspender shots, on the very edge of risky, but not revealing, I think some of the Horicon guys still have them? Any way they would be good bribes for the 1975 vote.
