Not too much to say on this one. A good friend and I are doing this for a really good guy we know from town. He said make it look like new so that's what we aimed for with a lot of stainless and polishing!

Paint and putting together; we sent the skis and exhaust out for powder coating and ceramic coating... Looks awesome

Looks great. Keep up the good work. I would love to rebuild a Liquifire someday soon.

Probably not a good idea to paint the clutch sheeves.

I agree with you JDT! We polished the inside of the sheeves, starting with 600 grit and went up the line so there is no paint on the inside of the sheeves :sled:
