82 Liquifire Restorations
82 Liquifire Restorations
Rescued these two from an old oak tree. Have a bit of work cut out for me and lots of part finding. Any recommendations are welcome as this is the first time restoring one of these. Seats are out for restoration and about to take all metal parts out for powder coating.

You'll need more than just that one can of BL repair solvent. Pretty rare to see two '82's together like that.

Serial numbers are close. 190213 and 190217. Finally have the tunnel separated and finishing sandblasting the small stuff today on the first sled.

Finally got the heads off today and will be shipping them out. crank is fully seized. letting it soak in trans fluid for a bit to see if i can get it to free a bit and hopefully the case will pop open. Both bearings are gone. Mice sure do a number to things. Can the bearings still be purchased? Also does anyone re-work the cranks?
