That sucks, I think I would have to trailer my sled the 60 miles and do some riding. the way things have been last few years I ride whenever and wherever possible because you never know. next week may be 59 degrees and pouring rain.
Finally first ride of the season
I haven't had the time or chance to even drive these yet. I'm not going to take them anywhere until I know they will run without problems. I've gotten all of my sleds only in the past 3-4 months and until I can trust them and learn them I'm not going anywhere.

Global warming has really made me re-think snowmobiling in this part of the country. Is it just me, or have th last 3 winters been really mild????
Anyway, speaking about lawn riding, I pulled around last years "project" (1980/78 hybrid Spit) a hundered yard from where it was stored all summer into my workshop and it seemed to run great (across the mostly frozen lawn).
Anyway... it was fun and amusing (and no lawn damage to report!!!)
Later,
Dan

Finally first ride of the season
Well here in western ny (Bliss) finially got enough to run cyclone around the yard and still runs great.I heard they were riding trails here pretty heavy so must be they arent too bad .We had some snow a couple days ago but alot of wind with it so it all blew off but is suppose to stay cold for awhile so just maybe we can get out sometime this week.Had about 6 inches 10 days ago but then 1 inch of rain and snow was gone.Would take cyclone out on trails this year but i dont trust the clutch so until i find someone to look at it guess we ride it close to home anyway.
