Speedo Kits

Post by hvyhorsepwr »

Hi guys,
While you are on the speedo / tach topic, I am looking for each for a 76 400. Sure would like to put both in while I have the dash out of it. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Will the spitfire speedos work in a 400?

Thanks for your help to a real NEWBIE to the sleds, first one for me too!

Yes the speedo itself is the same. but don't take my word for it, look it up for yourself at JDPARTS.com

The spitfire kit will not work on the sprint and snow, the speedo cables are not long enough.Ed

This isn't about the kits but the speedos themselves: Is the fire speedo's odometer in kilos or miles?
