Picked this 83 up today #266 6000 miles. Straight body really good candidate.

Got the hood off today and peeled the stickers.

Also did some digging on the engine and mag side piston went bye bye.

Good to see another one getting a restoration, and it indeed looks like a worthy candidate. Interesting how the engine has no provision for electric start but yet has the HSR ignition. What letter series is your engine? Motor tag should be on the mag side of the lower end and will be ahead of the "202" in the model sequence.
