The colours are in the wrong order for 78. I have a 78 Lf cover, I'll try to post pics of it later.

Covers aren't pictured or even mentioned in the literature as an accessory for 1978. The striping is similar but not exactly the same as the Liquifire pattern suit available from the selection of hideously awesome clothing pictured.
Given the prices they bring on ebay, Deere should quietly re-enter the cover business so we could pay outlandish prices for scarce covers without the holes and ripped fabric.

I have that same cover as the one on ebay. It is a fire series cover it will fit over a 78 liquifire but its to short to use the rear tie straps to secure it to the back of the sled.
