Hello Jason,

You are off to a great looking start on the resto. Once piece of advice to consider: if you are going to use the Liquifire rubber track and drivers (which is a very good idea), may I suggest going to a Liquifire skid, except use the Trailfire rear arm and shock.

That way you end up with a wheel kit, no extra holes in the tunnel and clean installation.

I hope this this helps and we look forward to seeing more updates.

Back to work on the 83 Trailfire LX.
I took Joe's advice and found a skid with the wheel kit... Installed all new bearings and the white Hyfax from NewBreedParts.com, a fresh coat of paint and it's done.

Applied the new tunnel decals and installed the recovered seat from John's.
I also cleaned the tank and polished it up. Starting to look more like a snowmobile.ImageImage
I also have the motor rebuilt and ready to install. Looking forward to hearing it run...
