My project is complete! It took a little over a year and many hours. Every nut and bolt was given attention. Motor rebuilt and everything painted and polished. Here are the photos

Very nice work. What was your tunnel polishing scheme? Turned out very well.

Thanks. I used mothers mag and aluminum polish with 00 steel wool then hit it again with 000 steel wool and the same polish

Thanks. We have no snow but I rode it about ten feet in the shop and it felt like 1982 again
