We're now just over a month out... I know there are guys preparing, but they must be quiet about it. Reservations should be already made, or you probably won't have a place to stay. I never did hear if the tickets for the event are sold out, but last I heard they were nearing the capacity of the Whitetail, so either more accommodations would need to be made, or someday may need a different venue. All I can say is this is an exciting time, and am anxious to make the trip east again this year. Hope to meet new people, and do what we love... RIDE!

I am again looking forward to making the trip. I just hope the trails hold up till then and the trail report is a little more realistic than last year when they said they were phenomenal and it was mud later lincoln

I'm hoping for better conditions too! But, I'm thinking if things worked out like last year, I will be trailering to the UP to take advantage. But, let's hope things stay cool and there is a snow shower now and then.

Excitement is building!

Conditions sound like the typical mixed bag, but at the moment no big warm-ups are forecast between now and then!

The beer will be cold and the company good. :beers;

I rode in Saint Germain over the weekend and the trails werent that bad considering the high traffic from the radar run. They had about 4” of fresh powder when we left Sunday morning. Should be fine as long as they don’t get too warm and sunny. Jim

Hi Guys,

The 10 day weather report shows no warm ups yet, so I am hoping for good conditions. We are expecting a strong turn out based on the number of pre-registrations received.

I started a thread here and on VS, but not much time to post, too busy getting sleds prepped for the I-500, the Bogie Bash and the Vintage Challenge!

What a fantastic weekend to ride! I was very concerned as I arrived at St. Germain since it reached 42 degrees (Wednesday)... I thought it was going to be a repeat of last year when we rode around in 50+ degrees. But it cooled off nicely, so riding was good.

Despite having engine trouble on both of my machines, I did get a fair amount of riding on both. We tested all day on Thursday, and rode the bogie bash on Friday. My 800 had to go on the rope, but here were a few good shots on our way to the lunch spot which was Minocqua.
