As I embark into my first major Deere project, I've decided to document the journey! Not going to be a "full on" restoration but going to make it as nice as possible...TO BE CONTINUED!

Good luck with the project. I see you have electric start option. You will appreciate it when you get it back running. Just a note for assembly. Don't forget to straighten the crossover tie rod. I can see its bent. Usually from pulling with another sled from both skies.

Thanks jdjock, looking forward to the electric start! As for the crossover tie rod...I already have a straight one to throw on. As I stated earlier this is my first complete disassembly so I am happy with any tips/advice anyone can share! The first sled I had was an 1980 Liquifire that I purchased from Paul (Danzig) about 100% gone through, so I did not have to put in much wrench time!
