1984 Trailfire lx 440 pistons?
1984 Trailfire lx 440 pistons?
Hey guys I’ve been scouring the earth for pistons for my trailfire, last set I bought ended up with the ring pins right in the middle of the intake so I sent em back. Any ideas on a piston set that will work? I heard the 09-689 lower compression and I would like to see what you guys would think. (Note I believe the engine is an f202 with the copper head gasket)

I ran the SPI 09-689s in my Sportfire, it ran great, so have lots of other folks. As Don mentioned I stock them at New Breed Parts.
