1978 vs. 1980 Spitfire Track

Hey everyone!

I'm pretty new to the JD sled life but none the less fell in love with them.

I currently have a '78 with the cleated track that's in ok condition. My question is if a track from a 1980-up spitfire will work. I found a 1980 for sale that was retrofitted with (he believes) a Mercury Twister rubber track.

Figure I would ask before I make the 3 hour trek to pick it up

Yes, they all used the same track.
