I'm listing my '72 Deere 400. Most of my trials and tribulations have been chronicalled here. It started up today and I did a couple of laps around the yard but hadn't been run since January. It has the 340cc CCW with Walbro carb.
Off the top of my head, I've changed or replaced:
Wear bars
Steering spindle bushings
Seat skin
Repainted
Brake hand lever is a bike lever
Carb kit
Brake pad
Windshield was cut down by about an inch and holes redrilled
Some bogeys and springs
Homebrew carb filter screen
POR15 gas tank
Added NOS tachometer
It has ski spacers currently. I've engineered the seat to be easily removed when snow gets under it. Head light needs replaced or reworked... It's janky and never really worked. I don't think the brake light works. The secondary clutch doesn't match up with the primary. One is upgraded... I believe it's got the comet 102c but the original secondary. Speedo isn't accurate (it bounces around)
Asking $450 and located in Indianapolis 317-900-2222
