Need a stator picture

Post by SpitfireKing »

Hi guys, I posted this in the Kawi tech spot, but I’m guessing it doesn’t get many views anymore

Hey Gents,

Been a long time since I was on, glad to see the forum is back running again!

My 81 Spitfire has been having some warm starting issues for a few years now, and after swapping the cdi/coil last year and doing a complete gasket/seal set the year before that, it’s still having the exact same issue so I’m looking to try a new stator. I have a friend with a pile of parts, but I didn’t want to remove my stator until I found one first, and with the border closed it’s very expensive to get one shipped from my US counterparts so if anyone has a picture of the exact Kawasaki stator I need that would help a lot in trying to get one local.

Thanks for any help!

This is Snowfire motor but it should be the same. Unfortunately this is the best stator photo I have.
