76-78 liquifire speedo

Im working on 76 liquifire. I also have two parts sleds with speedos. On all three the speedos all need to turn counter clockwise to work. However all my drives and cables run the opposite way. Any ideas? Seems odd all these speedos be changed? Ideas?
