Motorcycle tires

I couldn't find a good place to put this, so matt if you want to move it go ahead. I have a yamaha xt250 1984 motocycle. I'm looking for some new tires, but not willing to spend a ton of money. I know guys on this site find great places to buy things that the mainstream just don't find. If anyone knows a place to get some please let me know. The front is 3.00x21 and the back I think, are 4.00x18 I would like them for road and off-road.
