Final Drive Question

Post by 400brian »

On the 340S, there were several gear/chain combos used, so you could fine tune your drive ratio to your specific conditions. The parts book shows 5, ranging from the standard 17:39, to 16:35.

Anyone want to comment on what the hot setup was grass dragging, compared to cross country or circle track?

Final Drive Question

Bushnell make a very inexpensive battery powered speed gun ( under $100.00 ) I think the number is like 101911.
Wade has used his many times & I think it works great for the snowmobiles.
