Don, Jordan finished Cleveland, 180 miles since the 6th of August, no physical issues, our joke is no frost bite, 540 miles to go! Best Jon

Matt....Many Thanks! Jordan goes through 6 pair of socks per 20 miles, 18 pair`a weekend, normal shoe changes are 2 per day (moisture is the main cause of blisters) she wears a heart monitor, GPS, and military camel back hydration system, wears a constant coating of body armour for chafing.....just sent her off for media interviews and will walk with her tommorw in MSP. Thanks again, her commitment is our joy. Also very important we learned straight gatoraid contains to much sugar for some people when they are dehydrated and causes rapid heart fluxuation, we cut it 50% with water...good point for our kids athletics, many coaches don't realize this!
