Just letting you guys know there is a Lug Track Conversion kit on eBay

Item number 250181790312

I have this kit on my Trailfire as well and i love it, they are great things to have! No reserve to so somebody else might be able to pick it up cheap!

I pulled this off the Kimpex website under their history: 1978
Quimpex Limited is founded to produce and distribute snowmobile tracks under the trade name Kimpex. This company would later become Soucy International.

hey fellas my brother in law was wondering if this track set would fit his 1981 440 Sportfire? is the drive sprocket the same on a trailfire 440 lx as a sportfire?

Hi Guys,

The seller has his listing kind of goofed up, but here is the point: This is an aftermarket track that originally fit the 80-84 Liquifire and 82-84 Sportfire. With the drive axle or sprocket swap, it can be used to replace the cleated track on all 79-84 Trailfires and 80-81 Sportfires.

I have no idea what the idlers are for, since you don't need to change them. Also, this track could be used to replace the track on the LF and late Sports too.
