Mystery Cylinders and Heads??????

Recently I pulled apart a 440t1a from a cat beleive it was a 75 as it had the cdi setup. I usally pull the old cat 440s apart to rob cylinders heads etc to swich trailfire 340's over to 440. Now the engine ID#s I uhave always seen have been 440,440/1,440/2 these cylinders are only marked 4-2 the motor was obviously apart before. I am guessing these may be from a kawi sled but really have no idea just wondering if anyone has seen these before or what they could be from and if they are anything better than the average cylinder. thanks guys

Wow looks like Im not the only 1 stumped on these. I bet Rodimus Prime would know but havent seen him around here lately.
