Anyone out there know where a person can get blank sheets of poly carbonate ,[or simular material] for making their own windshields. The trailfire shields are pretty spendy through Kirk, Shadetree ect. thanks

I thought DK used to sell sheets of it. I havent checked latley....they still might sell it.

4' x 8' sheet of clear .060 mil will run $55.00 plus shipping

4' x 8' sheet of clear .080 mil will run $65.00 plus shipping

Thanks. All i see at their site is, 23 1/2" x 53 1/2" Bulk Color Windshield Material for $70 bucks. I did leave an email about the clear.

Central Snowmobile has sheets 0.075 mil for $40 a sheet clear or tint but need to buy trim and there's shipping to boot.

I work at at a plastics place that makes the sheets, we can buy the off spec stuff (you could never tell the difference) for very cheap. Comes in variuos sizes. Located in Canada.
