Thanks Todd .......

I am going to sell them for $15 a pair and $3 shipping.
7 for $100 and $10 for each pair after the first 7 with free shipping.
They are made from a Zytel Nylon which is a far superior material than the original.
They are spot on as far as color and size.

Joe,

After a few refreshments Thursday night we can sit around and cut off gates and trim flash on any scrap pieces you have. Maybe it will help recoup some of cost!

I'm glad it ran good. It must have been well designed!

;)

Thanks Joe for supplying us with another hard to find product! I'll make sure I bring my wallet.

What T-roy means is that he'll bring his wallet for several pair many of which he's going to give to his Hoosier friends. Thanks T-roy.....what a guy!

Hats off to Joe for bringing us another reproduction part! Not many people realize what kind of effort and work it takes to reproduce a part such as this!

Thanks Joe for going the extra mile on these. Everyone knows they are hard to find. You know I'll be on the list for multiple pairs. I'll just have to figure out just how many. I'll be in touch.

Great Job!!

Nice job Horicon!

HOWEVER I see through your evil plan...

First set is free. Then you has us hooked...

THEN he gives us beer... out come the wallets.

I predict that he will sell approximately 5,000 sets of these next Thursday night.

$2.95 each for brass ones that put brass dust on everything every time you ride and just plainly do not look right OR $7.50 each for the correct ones that I am sure Joe has put a lot of time and $money into reproducing and is doing a huge favor for all of us that have Deeres. By the way you can get them at Central Snowmobile salvage and save a nickel on the brass ones. They were nearly $5.00 25 years ago from JD. By the way Bob at Image Enterprizes has the brass ones for $8.00 each. Oh yes, the brass ones fit. Good luck with the brass ones. Duane

Rainville,

Wanie's real plan is that he is hosting a "Horicon Hold'em" tournament. You guessed it, we have to buy ski insulators for poker chips. Joe's the banker of course. He'll keep feeding us beverages and we'll keep buying more insulators. The whole time Don will be crooning "Stayin Alive". By the end of the night myself, Paul, Kevin, Bob, You, and whoever else is there will be broke and old Joe will have a pile of insulators and a pocket full of cash. He'll have to shew us all out the door at the end of the night with one of those fancy snowflaps. The next morning when Lindner shows up he'll sell them all to him to make even more profit!

This is going to be a good time!!!

The brass one will fit kind of.... but they are much thinner and these will fit perfect.

Joe, These will be dead on for Cat but like the rest of the sled, Cat used black ones.

A coat of Fusion would fix that. Or can you make black one?? This will set ACRS on their ear.

:)

And the DK price that was mentioned of $2.95 must have been an old catolog.
In 2007 they were $3.95 and in 2008 they dropped them.... just like so many other vintage parts.
