History/ # if raced: Original owner was Hubert Mennie of Mark, Il. Later on given to John Plopis of Mark, Il. Sled sat from 1982 till 2004. Sled was purchased by me for a 12 pack of Corona. Sled was found under an elevated deck in Mark, Il. at the John Ploplis residence.

Special Comments: Sled's hood was autographed by the ETD racers, testers and mechanics. Also autographed by Robert Carlson. This took place at the 2007 Ride with the Champs event and at Robert Carlson's induction into the snowmobile Hall of Fame. 02-22-07.

Picked up these two sleds last month the first one listed was the previous owners fathers sled which he bought new. The second the PO purchased for his kid to ride probably 10 years ago. #2 is up and running with new crankseals and gaskets!

Original Dealer Unknown, however the gentleman I bought it from stated he used to live in Fargo, ND and that the sled was in his family from new.
History/Number if Raced Unknown, but doubtful.
Special Comments This sled was completely gone through by the previous owner. Decent older restoration. Special features include newer style plastic fuel tank and 295/S gears. The owner stated that he had a 295/S, but was too far gone to be a practical resto. He stole the gearing, placed it in this JDX8 and sold the rest a while back.. SHUCKS! He says she'll really stand up off the line though! It does have a problem currently however..... no spark. I received enough spare parts though that I feel I can get her going again. Wish me luck!
