NICE! Those look bigger than the ones we have in SW MN I want to say ours are only 60' props?

Ummm....wow. I'm not a big fan of heights and in that one pic looking down I actually felt a bit...*shudder*. Never realized how huge those are.

Awesome shots. I'm glad you finally had the opportunity to get them posted. Next question: When am I attending the safety training course so I can get an up close and personal tour? These are really cool shots, I'll have to have my dad take a look at them since he only lives a few miles from them. Kenny, these are located on the Iron Range in northern, MN.

Brice, thanks again for the awesome shots. Next, you'll have to post some pics of the progress on your '82 Snowfire!!

That looks like a taconite plant in the background.

Looks like the restoration on the open pits left something to be disired.

Very cool pictures.

We have a local machine shop (Heritage Custom Fabricators) that does the machining on the hub for the blades. I've seen them up close and the hub alone is huge!
