Brice,
I live in Fargo where the towers are made and am originally from Langdon ND where there is also a wind farm, fun to see them partially completed like that!

They also build them in Clinton, IL which is 5 miles up the road from me. They have about 25 of them sitting ready to be delivered just a stone throw from my house. The blades are just incredible sitting there on the ground.

Nice pics .... I just recently toured the wind turbines in my area and went inside them.
We have about 100 of them by me. They actually lift them up with a huge crane and then move
on to the next one.

Thank you guys. Because of the conditions and contracts we have with the owners I can say to much more but Robb, you can tell them where there at. I have been on top of the units. It is odd to stand on flexing fiberglass. Spooky to say the least. On a calm day the top moves about 5-8 feet. I do have more pics just waiting on approvals so that I can display them. Most wind mills in the US today actually come over from Europe. Very few are made in the US. These units were 2.5 megawatt units each. Robb, still working on the owner to allow us a site visit with nontrained personel. I will let you know if they grant us permission. The rest of the pics will answer alot of your guys questions.
