how much modification will it take to fit the skis off a rupp nitro on a spitfire?

little or none you may have to change the ski saddels or make spacers to use the rupps sadels

I've got skis in my driveway, fresh off a 1978 Spitfire. There in pretty good shape. Heavy to ship though. Email me if interested. MIght also have the regulator you referred to in another post (this would be right off a 1980 SPit (Kawi ) engine.
