Well, after playing with a bunch of different pullers for the Kawi Deeres, I found one that will pull both the 102-C and TR-800 clutches with 3/4"-16 threads. It threads in about 5 threads, and it fits the bolt hole in the crank perfectly. This would be the one to use in place of the elusive Deere part# JDM-41-1. Any puller listed in a book that is or replaces Comet part# 216097 is the one to use. The fitment is for Comet/Arctic 100, 101-C, 102-C and 108-C up to 1995. If you can't find them, I can order them. It's made my Make-It industries and it's around $40. We should probably pin the part# in FAQ or in the Kawi tech section for quick reference.

Good work Jack. I agree that you should post this in the FAQ section for everyone to see. We've had a few new guys ask what puller to use so this should clear it up. I would post a picture of it too, or I could post a pic of the one in my tool box.
Thanks,

I don't currently have a Spitty motor that is in 1 piece, but there are only 3 different 94-c duster pullers. Threre are 3 different puller rod choices and 1 9/16"-18 bolt application.
