Horicon Reunion Details!!!

Post by Matt »

Things are coming together for a Deere-only snowmobile show this February 20th, in the shadow of the John Deere Horicon Works Plant, Horicon, WI. The JD Sled Riders have put this event together, and timed it to coincide with the Snowmobile Hall of Fame's Ride with the Champs, so it's possible to hit two great events in one trip! The "Horicon Reunion" will have a judged show, food & refreshments, and riding on the Horicon Marsh. What more could you want? See our information page for all the details:

If you are planning to come, please post here!

The NY Posse will be present and accounted for! God knows what sled I'll have ready, but Tim, Nick, Watersboy and I will be there with Todd "Stymie" and his crew.

Nice job to the Horicon crew for putting this together and inviting the JDSLEDS guys.

Looking forward to it!

PS: Todd, I know it's a haul for all of us. I am nearly 800 miles away from there, and about 1,000 miles from the HOF. Bring a few buddies to split the driving and fuel, it's well worth it... :sled:

I am a ND guy and I am thinking about it... The reunion sounds great but I am in Todd's boat! Anyone have an RV and an enclosed trailer?

I'm working on a scheduling change. I'm currently scheduled to work a 24 hour shift on the 20th. If I can move some things around, I'll be there. If not, I won't.

I plan on making the Horicon reunion. After last years get together at Wanie's I wouldn't miss it. Some very cool pictures were taken on the marsh with the Horicon plant as a back drop. Can't wait to see some old faces and meet some new ones.

Where is everyone staying in or around Horicon?
