I had my sled out for it's first long ride after getting it back together. The thing ran great (thanks to everyone on this site). But near the end of the ride the suspension was bottoming out. so I adjusted the rear springs and it felt great for a mile or two then it was again bottoming out. Its seems the springs are shot. I have another set to try but my guess is that they are also worn out. My question is, if these other springs are no good, what are my options for repair. does anyone have nos or after market springs for sale? any help will be appreciated. I know I had this question answered before, but could not find where I read it.
Thanks
Matt

Thanks for the replies. Yes, It returned to it's regular spot. I had it all apart and lubed everything that moves in the late summer/fall.harleysportster wrote:Matt,

Matt,
Here are new aftermarket springs. Get them while they last. No one else has them.
The last spring shown is for a 78 cyclone.

there are three sets shown. I know the last set is for the 78, as you said, but which of the other two should I get the KX04360, or the KX043601. Thanks again harley.
