i am wondering does anyone have any info on the starter that was used on the 77 cyclone/liquifire?
what brand are they? is it possible there may be a new one still available, but not through deere? any info would be appreciated

The original was made by American-Bosh. There are aftermarkets out there. Many of the old vintage sleds used the same electric starter.

working on a 1973 JD400, and that same part number for the starter is what I'm looking for as well. Does anyone have any cross references to search on?
