2009 Ride with the Champs & Horicon Reunion

Post by WinnipegStPaul9 »

Yesterday as Bob and I were headed home we stopped for fuel. I saw a free publication and on the cover was a photo that I recognized from the "Cruiserfest" held on the lake by Bosaki's. Since Bob was driving I picked up a copy and started reading. On page 25 imagine my surprise when I saw a picture of our group taken last year as we were leaving from lunch. I'll attach a copy of the article. In the picture are (front to back) are Ross Heavener on his 77 LF, Bob on his 77 Cyclone and Brian Lindner on his X. Kind of cool to see this picture used in the article on the "Ride with the Champs". DA

Well, after all of this time hanging out with "The Deere" guy's, I've been emotionally guilted into joining the site. Mostly since Don keeps me in the pics and even remembers my name.

I had a great time hanging out with all of you guy's again even though I didn't bring the 77 Liquifire for the event, and rode the 79 SRX.

The "vintage challange" was truly that.

I've included a pic from the 08 ride, who does this look like riding his 73 400?

Thanks to all for the memories,

Ross
