Hope This Is True

Post by mikehjd »

I was getting the oil changed in my truck the other day and had one of my 300's in the back I was taking to the car wash. The owner said the other day a fellow came in and they were talking about old sleds and he mentioned he had 2 JD's still in the crate. He couldn't remember the guys name but he was going to get back to me when he found out his name.

I wish I was buying Deere's in the early to mid 90's as there was a bunch of them still in the crates just across the border in ND. When they shut down they were pretty much giving them away. No one wanted them, had parts piles also, but I was too young. There was a NOS seat on Ebay early this winter that I think was from the same dealer.
