Vintage snowmobile swap meet

Post by Liquifire 4/6 »

Just sorta considering staging a vintage snowmobile swap meet in my area this coming year and am wondering what time of year would be the best to have one. Anybody care to say what would be their preferred time of year to take in a swap meet? Also, why would you want it held at such a time?

I like spring and summer shows gives you something sled related to do in the off season and its often a better time to find lower prices on parts.

My opinion in this Pete is to make sure it does not conflict with seeding, harvest or spraying if you can help it. As I am sure you know, most guys around us with vintage iron are farmers. If they are not in the field I would say that you will have a better turn out. Just my thoughts. Good post too as I was thinking of having the same type of thing around here during the summer months.
