Re: Windshields
Since they are NOS, are they made of thicker material than the new ones that are .075" and are they yellowed because of age?

Re: Windshields
Sorry.....All windshields are gone.
Re: Windshields
Kevin,
FYI... I bought one (NOS for the 72' 00' series gold trim) from Bob at Image last week. It's slightly different than the one's that this thread is speaking of. No curve at the top leading edge and gold trim instead of black. I put it on my 74' X8 and it looks pretty good. Absolutely no yellowing/perfect. He said he had one more left. NOS in the wrapper-$45.00 plus shipping. I figure it's better than after market. Tom

Re: Windshields
Guys - if anybody is needing one of these low-profile windshields for the 00/X series sleds (AM52917), Jeff Haugen over at Cannon Classics now has reproductions available.

Re: Windshields
The trim has tarnished with age, should be chrome.atomc40 wrote:Kevin,

Re: Windshields
I just received a Cannon Classic AM52917 reproduction today, it looks great! I would highly recommend this windshield for any mid-mount sled.
Thank you Jeff.
