Forum background question for everyone

Post by Matt »

It's been brought to my attention that many of you may see the background of the forums differently then I. Horicon Joe may have asked you about this. Take a look at this shot of my screen, and vote to tell me what your screen looks like compared to mine. Oh, and if your screen looks different, tell me what your screen resolution is set for.

You didn't leave me a place to vote? I see no back round or those blue balls at all, but sometimes when I'm trying to back up more that one page at a time too fast then I see a whole screen of them for a few seconds..

Matt,
I voted I see the same as you, but I may be wrong. Are you talking about the blue on the sides? if so then I would be seeing more blue. I've attached my screen shot so you can take a look. My screen resolution is set at 1280x1024.

I see about a half row of liquid looking blue spheres on each side of the message area.

I like it as I've always been a big scifi buff and thought it looked somewhat other worldly!

I see beyond the blue. My laptop is widescreen and is bigger than the image.

Yes, this screen is an example of what I mean by being different then mine. There are a lot more "blue balls" visible.

Brian, I knew someone would go there. Either you, or maybe JDT, but you beat him to it.

Matt, I'm using nview "dual-view" desktop monitor & laptop.

When on the desktop screen the blue balls go to the edge.
When I drag it to the laptop it looks more like your example.

Different monitor sizes & resolution.

I must be one of the lucky ones as I only see 1/4" of the bubbles on either side of the screen.

Is that what those are? Blue balls?

I took it as a reminder to take my Viagra.
