I'm afraid Youtube is the best bet. Web server drive space is entirely too expensive to host videos, if you don't have your own server.

You can upload vids on photobucket too. Plays just like a you tube vid.

How about a running list here?
thoughts:
Moderated - so to speak, one person is PM'd the link and edits either 1 post or a page.
A video section - any one can start a new topic but no replies to the topic, if there are errors with the link they must PM the OP who then edits their post.
