Drive Belt Length

Post by eppjd »

What should the length of the drive belt be on my 74 400's and my 75 800? Or is there another belt manufacturer (ie Dayco) that makes a suitable belt? What would the part number be?

I don't know if it will make a difference but he is running a 100c clutch off and earlier model and the 75 secondary. Don't know if there was a difference but I don't want to be the one "helping" to install a short belt.

Eppy, when we get it going I am going to try to make it 100' this time. :bonk: :lol22:

Here is what you are looking for. The Dayco belt is the HP3011. I am running that on my wifes 73 400. Check out the link I supplied. They are quite easy to put on as well...Joe
