Kyle, I am right there with you on not spending the big cash if you are having the same if not more fun. I think the old sled, like old bikes, old boats, old cars etc, have a "cool factor" that I just don't see in the modern sleds. We had another great weekend running both sleds. My JDX8 fires right up and my wife's sled took no more than 4 pulls from cold to start.

They were ice racing motorcycles on my little lake this weekend and I stopped to shoot the breeze with some of the guys. I no sooner hit the kill switch and I had five guys all over my JDX8.

I had the same reaction the first time I put my '59 Aristocraft Funliner boat in the water. It is very COOL with a hardtop and fins. The buys with 30K boats were going gaga over my $400 boat.

We did some trail riding today on some very tight trails and I can't imagine the new sleds do any better than my Deere's! No place to go fast on these trails, so the extra power is just wasted...

I love the name of you boat. The Aristocarft Funliner has to be one of the best names I have herd for a boat. I will have to google it when this post is done.

P.S Just finished, that is a sweet boat. All class.
