I wonder what the boys and girls are up to? Any news to report from the poker run / pre ride? Has Rainville shown up yet? Come on DA, us shut-ins need an update.
Hey Mitch,
The Poker run went well, and our own Bob Amber was the big winner with 3 Kings! Rainville eventually showed up some time last night, and there are +/- 4 340/S being furiously wrenched on out in the garage tonight.
Way to go Bob!
The thought of a posse of 340/s' being furiously wrenched on in the dark the night before the big ride is pretty sweet. Here's to no major breakdowns, a few stories to share, and maybe a few not fit to share
Bob and I had a great 86mile trip today with the shorter vintage group. A little warm but things went well, at least we made it back. It's 4:36pm local and we have not seen the VC group yet. Brian Nelson is riding my 340/S so I hope it doesn't give him any problems.

I was all set to met you all again on the ride with Keith.
Got the dreaded call about a unit going down at work, so the old 78 all tuned and shined up will have to wait till next year.
Good luck and God's speed on everyone's trip home.

Thanks to the Deere guys and everyone who participated in the poker run...It was a great turnout and way more than I expected. Thanks again! It was also great to ride with you guy on Saturday.
You guys deserve a huge thank you for setting up the weekend. The poker run was an absolute blast, and winning didn't hurt either. Saturday's ride was a great time as always. Thanks again to all who planned out a great weekend.
