Another proud 295/S owner!!!

Post by solitaryman85 »

Hey guys! Just picked this one up today. I saved her from a lonely tree grove. Can't wait to tear into it and see what I've got!

Looks like pretty good shape for sitting in the trees. Does it have both tanks. Correct motor. Welcome to the 295/s club.

Thanks guys! I'm still stunned that I found one. It does have the correct motor and dual tanks. Looks like most everything is there. Turns over too. The previous owner said he had it going a few years back. I feel pretty lucky!

You have a nice sled there...especially when it was found sitting outside.

Do her up right.

Thanks guys! I'm getting more and more excited about it every minute! I set a nice original seat off a Cyclone on there today. Looks good but will need some minor modification to the wood mounting board. I also put some of the loose plastic cowling back on the sled. She's just waiting for a spot in the garage. Unfortunately the garage door is busted so she'll have to wait outside till Saturday. I can't wait to start on it though! Stay tuned!

Lance,

Great find!

The hardest parts to find for these are pistons, clutch arms, air box, and the kill switch. If yours are in good shape you'll have it made.

Good Luck,

Troy
