No press needed. The flange is 2 pieces and sandwiches the bearing.

I couldn't get to the picture for some reason. I suspect that someone has replaced the sheet metal flanges with a heavy-duty cast unit. The parts breakdown is from jdparts.com item # 2 is M66125 and item # 10 is M80293. Like Matt said they bolt together, sometimes the bearing will stick in the flange a light tap will free it up. Bearing and flanges are fairly common a Deere dealer will have them as well as a good bearing distributor.

This is a locking collar essentric bearing. Very common type bearing and available anywhere.

To remove first clean up the shaft with a piece of emery cloth.
Then take a 1/8" hex ellen wrench and loosen the set screw.
Then grab a pin punch and a hammer and tap the locking collar in the other hole with out a set screw.
When it moves rock it back and forth with a channel lock pliers and POW it is loose.
Slide the collar and bearing off the shaft.
Then drop the whole assy on the floor and the flange will split and teh bearing will fall out.

Done deal.
