JDX6 battery box mounts on the right side as well as all 00 series. The only box that is different is the '75 800 and JDX8. They mount in the middle under the exhaust pipe.

This one mounted on the outside of the right frame. I am working with a hodge-podge of sleds here. Hard to keep them straight.
